Famed Seattle booking agent and promoter, “before grunge became grunge” Kristin Skubinna moved to Los Angeles after her marriage to the founding member of Supreme Beings of Leisure and current lead guitarist for The English Beat, Rick Torres. Together they opened SIRENS SALON in the middle of LA’s hippest area, West Hollywood. Kristin began her love affair with hair during her days as a booking agent by learning the art of hair extensions. Realizing her passion for hair and with a solid understanding of colour, thanks to her graphic arts degree from The Art Institute of Seattle she decided to return to school and pursue her cosmetology degree. Following school Kristin began assisting at Seattle’s celebrated VAIN salon under renowned stylist and owner Victoria Thomas Gentry, eventually spending six years there as one of Seattle’s most sought after stylists. By staying true to her vision of creating beauty and keeping it accessible to every one Kristin continues to blur the standard of commercialized beauty and of what society thinks we should look like. | Meredith has recently returned to the world of hair after pursuing a degree in fashion design. She has worked in the world of fashion for the past several years as an assistant to one of the worlds most sought after fashion stylists and Hollywood’s major stars. Meredith is also an alumni of Seattle’s famed VAIN salon and when Kristin moved to Los Angeles to open Sirens it was just a natural fit for her to continue her love affair with hair while also continuing her fashion styling career. With advanced training from Vidal Sasson and Redken Fifth Avenue as well as a design degree from Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising Meredith is as well rounded as they come. So, if your are looking for someone who will really listen to your desires and needs then Meredith is your girl. |  |

Dreads and dread maintenance are also one of Amber’s talents. In addition she’s a pro at the 30’s and 40’s finger waves and barrel curl up-dos. Her most recent showing was on "Tease", as she showed off her skills to a panel of judges and live studio audience while successfully taking the trophy away from the competition. Kristynicole is as dedicated and hard driven as they come in this industry, combined with her advanced education from the Vidal Sassoon Academy in Santa Monica California, and continued study with the Carlton Academies, she has quickly become a name in demand. With her expertise in creative cutting and extensive colour background she is also called upon by her fellow industry to teach, which also comes quite naturally.
